According to the Notice issued by Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Finance on the Implementation Measures for the Management of Agency Bookkeeping in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Finance Regulation [2020] , hereinafter referred to as the Notice, Annex 1), Nanshan District will implement the approval of commitment system for intermediary agencies engaged in agency bookkeeping business from November 15, 2020.现将本通知转发给您，有关事宜通知如下:

一、请认真阅读《通知》，符合《实施办法》有关规定的第六单位可向南山区财政局申请代理记账资格。

第二,中介机构从事记账业务系统审批通知承诺的实现“一个网络”,看到“中介机构从事记账业务审批通知承诺信”(附件2)。申请办理许可的机构可通过广东省政务服务网()了解所需提交材料,格式要求以及详细办理流程,并可通过该网直接登录”全国代理记账机构管理系统”按要求上传扫描件办理(附件3)。由于“全国代理记账机构管理系统”设置及材料模板为全国通用深圳实施了信息承诺改革，其申请要求和材料模板与其他地区有所不同。Therefore, all forms and templates involved in this license application are listed in the "Guangdong Provincial Government Service Network".
